Thank you for your interest in borrowing from your Credit Union!  The Credit Union uses a lending system known as Loanliner®.  The Loanliner® system provides both you and the Credit Union with a fast, efficient process for granting loans.  With quick updates and proof of income, the system will enable you to borrow from the Credit Union now, and into the future.

To apply for a loan, please print, complete, sign, and mail the following forms to the Credit Union Branch that is most convenient for you. Note: Forms cannot be completed on-line.

Step 1:  Loanliner® Application 

• If an advance is not requested at this time, write “None” in the space marked “Amount Requested” and write “Establishment of Loanliner®” in the space marked “Purpose”.  Otherwise, complete with the amount and purpose of your request.

• Complete both sides of the application and make sure the application is signed and dated by all applicants.

• Provide a recent pay stub or proof of income with this form for all applicants.  

• If you are self-employed, please provide tax returns from the last two years.

Step 2:  Loanliner® Open-End Plan Signatures PLUS 

• All applicants must sign the bottom of the first page of this form and return all pages to the Credit Union.

Step 3:  Loanliner® Addendum

• We ask that all applicants read this form, sign, and return the Credit Union copy.  Please keep the second copy with your other important Credit Union documents. 

Step 4:  Loanliner® Credit/Security Agreement PLUS 

• Read this form and keep a copy for your records.
