For your convenience, you can apply to join online opens in a new window. If you prefer, print the Membership Application (PDF) opens in a new window and return it to the Credit Union Branch you wish to use. If you are mailing the application, the signatures of all Member/Owner and Joint Owners must be notarized. Please note the following.

  • The membership application must (PDF) opens in a new window be accompanied with a deposit of at least $5.00 to open the account. If you are not an employee of one of our select employee groups opens in a new window or eligible in one of our North Carolina regions, your $5.00 deposit must be accompanied with a $20.00 donation to American Cancer Society.
  • Submit the membership application with a copy of a valid and current driver’s license. The address on the application must match the driver’s license address.

The following disclosures must be printed along with the Membership Application. These disclosures do not need to be returned to the Credit Union and should be kept with your records for future reference.
