To join, please complete and print the Membership Application. Return it to the Credit Union Branch that is most convenient for you (forms cannot be submitted online). If you are mailing the application, the signatures of all Member/Owner and Joint Owners must be notarized. Please note the following.
- The membership application must be accompanied with a deposit of at least $5.00 to open the account.
- Submit the membership application with a copy of a valid and current driver’s license. The address on the application must match the driver’s license address.
The following disclosures must be printed along with the Membership Application. These disclosures do not need to be returned to the Credit Union and should be kept with your records for future reference.
