“Win More With Welcome” Rules and Disclosures

Official Rules

1. Win More With Welcome!
   • No purchase or consideration necessary to win.
   • Open to individuals over 18 in the continental USA and the District of Columbia.
   • There will be four two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) cash prizes awarded in four randomly drawn eligible entries for each participating product or service.
   • To enter:
     1. You must have a valid email address on file, and/or have a valid mobile phone number on file, and have a share account that is in good standing, and participate in the following qualifying services and products:

Here’s how you can win up to $1,000:

1. • 1. Start by opening a checking account and make 5 Debit Card Transactions within the month to enter a $250 drawing. You can join now! Then, you become eligible to be entered into the next three opportunities:
        • Sign up for direct deposit-another chance of winning
        • Open a Share Certificate with new money
        • Open a Money Market Account
     2. Hand print your name, address, day and/or night phone number, and/or email address associated with you on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in an envelope to WFCU Win More With Welcome Contest!  c/o Welcome Federal Credit Union, 10810 Chapel Hill Rd. Morrisville, NC 27560. Welcome Federal Credit Union is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or late entries. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received after 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 30, 2023, are not eligible and will be disqualified. One entry per envelope.
     3. Up to four entries per person.
   • Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received.
   • Winners must be members of Welcome FCU. Winners will be notified and prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
2. Welcome FCU will not be held liable to any person for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from a winner’s acceptance or use of a prize.
3. The value of any prize awarded to a winner must be reported for tax purposes as required by law. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. A form 1099 will be issued to the winners.
4. Contest void where prohibited by law.
5. By entering the Contest, participants agree to these Official Rules.
6. Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their name and likeness in Welcome FCU publications and promotional items without further consideration to the winner.
7. Information collected from entrants is subject to Welcome Federal Credit Union’s Privacy Notice, which can be obtained by clicking here.
8. Employees and volunteers of Welcome FCU and their immediate families are ineligible to win.
