In mid-February 2024, you will face a new Welcome Federal Credit Union online and mobile banking screen! Your Virtual Branch is getting a new look in the new year! And it’s got a new name, Virtual Branch Next.
As we close out 2023 and prepare for the new year, WFCU wants you to know we are upgrading our virtual banking platform to provide you with a clear and easy online and mobile banking experience while ensuring your experience is safe and secure. The new look and navigation of WFCU’s virtual banking will provide a modern, intuitive user interface.
We want to take this opportunity to let you know that when you log into your online bank account or use your mobile app in February of 2024, you will encounter a new look and navigation structure to your virtual banking routine. You will benefit from upgraded technology and a simplified design for ease of use. At WFCU, you will continue to get all the advantages of a brick-and-mortar bank, with all the convenience of online and mobile banking.
Welcome Federal Credit Union wants you to know:
- Virtual Branch Next supports the following browsers:
- Edge by Microsoft
- Chrome® by Google
- Safari by Apple®
- There is a new login screen. The login ID and security code are now on one page, as seen below:
- An existing member’s login credentials do not change unless the login ID does not conform to Virtual Branch Next’s standards. A message to update the login credentials will pop up if they do not conform.
- The first time you log into your online account, you must accept the terms and conditions of Virtual Branch Next. You will also be prompted to provide a mobile number and email address if one does not already exist on the account.
- Helpful resources providing detailed information for sign-in credentials, pictural replicas of the new screens, and navigation guides for the new online and mobile banking app. will be available in early January.
