At Welcome Credit Union, our members are like family. And like you, we’ve been focused on doing all the things we need to do to keep our families safe and healthy. Given growing concerns and government advisements about the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we are changing branch operations.
We are closely monitoring the news and warnings. Please know that branch services (open, closings, limited days or hours) may change quickly. Changes will be posted at the top of our website at www.welcomecu.org.
Welcome Credit Union remains open to open accounts, process loans, and provide other services. There are links on our website for online account openings and loan applications. There’s also information about all our services and ways to participate in Virtual Branch, Mobile App, Mobile Deposits, etc.
Below is a list of branches and how the service we provide to you will change effective Friday, March 20, 2020.

- Members can use the ATM and drive-through window
- Hours: *8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Monday through Friday
Moore Drive Branch, Sanders Center, 5 Moore Drive, Durham, NC 27709

- Access to the inside of the branch will be closed
- Members can use the ATM and drive-through window

- Access is limited to GSK employees
- Hours: *8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.; Monday through Friday

- There is a protective plexiglass shield being used between members and Credit Union staff
- Access is limited to Ardagh Group employees
- Hours: *8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Monday through Friday

- Branch lobby is closed, but the vestibule is open for walk-up transactions
